If you said yes to any of these, it’s because everyone has an Appreciation at Work language yet without understanding each other’s language,


It is easy to “step on toes” or upset each other. It seems like a simple solution but by taking the time to understand how others feel appreciated and how that compares to how you feel appreciated many arguments can be avoided.

Erica is a Certified Facilitator of Appreciation at Work and overcoming Toxic Workplaces. With this training, she can facilitate your team’s training and understanding each team member’s language of appreciation. When discussed as a group, the team can start to understand each other and how different languages can cause disagreements and misunderstandings.

What Happens Next?

Once you complete the form, we will contact you to setup an initial conversation. Once AAW is agreed upon, we will order the books for each team member and send instructions and timelines to complete tasks. We will also schedule 1-3 staff meetings to facilitate the discovery and implementation of Appreciation at Work.
